My self-reinvention talk included my personal transformational life journey, especially since I discovered I’m asexual in 2014.
It also explored, how I went from:
Introverted, shy, lonely, suicidal, depressed, with no purpose –
Having social anxiety and feeling lonely, left out in groups…
Scared to go on social media…
Touch averse – especially with strangers… (even a tap on the shoulder I didn’t like)…
Shy to talk about sex…
To being extroverted, loud, bubbly, talkative –
Discovering my life purpose… (and living it.)
Being all over social media…
….organising and hosting asexual meetups…
Being able to hug strangers… and kiss (some) guys in nightclubs I’ve only just met.
Being able to talk about sex and masturbation, as easily as drinking water… to help asexuals.
