Asexualise/The Asexual Entrepreneur Header

Asexuality is a sexual orientation that is the lack of sexual attraction.

This means (in broad terms) we don’t get the need, urge, or want, for partnered sexual intercourse!

Does This Sound Familiar?

You grew up feeling like an alien, an outcast. While everyone else seemed concerned with who slept with who, and how much sex they were or were not having, you weren’t interested, you didn’t see what the big deal was and you preferred your own company to doing that.

Or maybe, you longed for a relationship which is just kissing, cuddling, romance, with no other expectations to go any further. And you felt frustrated and upset that no one could love you, just as you are, without sex, or some ulterior sexual motive.

Or maybe you enjoyed making out and a bit of touching, but anything else put you off relationships, and you just didn’t see the need to go any further.

It could even be, you had sex, but you didn’t need it, and could easily do without it, and you only had it because that was what was expected of you in a “normal relationship.”

Or maybe you feel sexual attraction so infrequently that you just don’t relate to most people’s desire to constantly “get some.”

Maybe you have sex, but feel detached from it, like it’s someone else doing it, not you, and you’re just going through the motions.

Or maybe it drives you crazy that other people can choose to have sex whenever they want, but you never or rarely ever, want it.

Maybe it annoys you how many people shove sex down your throat, and you don’t experience it in the same way.

Maybe it frustrates you that other people who experience sexual attraction, can choose to have an emotional connection, before they have sex, whereas you could never feel sexual attraction, without an emotional bond in the first place, and unless the other person feels the same, and reciprocates, you just can’t do it.

Or maybe you are so confused about your sexuality and if you are asexual or not, that it preys on your mind and feels disconcerting, not knowing fully who you are.

Or you know you are somewhere on the asexual spectrum, but you just can’t quite place where.

If any of the above has resonated with you, I understand how that feels and I can assure you…

  • If you need help figuring out if you are asexual or not…
  • If you need help deciding where you fall on the asexual spectrum…
  • If you need help to understand your own asexuality more…

…then you’ve arrived at the perfect place and this site is for you.

My name is Sandra Bellamy and I help, coach, mentor, and teach asexuals:

I do this through:

My Asexual Story

I’m Heteroromantic Asexual in sexual orientation, so I don’t experience any sexual attraction towards any gender, but I do experience romantic attraction towards the opposite gender, guys. And I experience a lots of other types of attractions for guys too, such as aesthetic and intelligence attraction, but I don’t want sex with them. I do have the grey area of kissing, which is sometimes sexual in behaviour, but I don’t experience any sexual attraction whatsoever.

In 2014, I went to see a counsellor because I was worried, I wanted a romantic relationship and I liked kissing but I didn’t like sex, and I couldn’t bring myself to do that anymore… but I was horrified by her reaction, which was the worst thing she could have ever said to me…

Watch the short documentary below, of my asexual story, to discover what her response was and how I discovered I’m asexual…

If you have been part of my ACE community for some time, you will know, I am an asexual Author, Speaker, Trainer, and Coach. I am known as Asexualise, The Asexual Entrepreneur, or ACE Fibro Girl. Or by my birth name Sandra Bellamy. You might have heard me on BBC Radio, or seen me in the Daily Mail, or on the Femedic website.

I’m most famous for my Asexual Chat Show Asexualise My Asexual Life, which provides education, information, and entertainment, on love, life, sex, dating, relationships, friendships, and more. I do a live chat show usually daily and I share my own asexual life journey in order to help you in yours. I’m proud of my channel growth, and as I write this my channel has had over half a million views and counting. I have been educating people about asexuality and helping asexuals on that channel since October 2015.

My expertise lies in spreading awareness of asexuality, particularly in the context of real life situations, to make it more relatable and easy to understand. And in helping asexuals to become more comfortable and confident in themselves and with their asexuality, life, dating and relationships, including friendships. I do this by sharing my own life experience, knowledge and skills.

I was a speaker at the UK Asexuality Conference in London in 2018.

On July 8th, 2018, I was a speaker at the UK Asexuality Conference, in London. Giving a 49 minute talk about how to organise an asexual meetup for beginners. That talk is currently on my channel for free here https://youtu.be/RfcZJRaCLls Or you can watch the video below of that talk.

On that day, I also launched my Asexualise Academy, which was the world’s first online training centre and school, for asexuals and asexuality. It was a very proud moment for both asexuality and myself personally.

I was also part of the asexuality relationships discussion panel.

I’ve been featured on BBC Radio about asexuality, including the Jeremy Vine show. I’ve been in the Daily Mirror and the Daily Mail.

I have been featured in an article on the Femedic website, What’s it like dating when you’re asexual? And on a number of podcasts, including this interview by Catana @TransformationalArtWithCatana about how asexuality completely transformed my life!

And how I became an Asexual Entrepreneur on the Dreams Are Real podcast. This is a clip from the show –

But you can listen to the full show here https://open.spotify.com/episode/4espw93YE4SfcTYMuZjRQQ?si=893897d6b8484f03&nd=1

I was also interviewed by a Sex Coach, exploring the misconceptions about asexuality. This is the full episode below, and you can watch it on my own my channel. Don’t forget to subscribe for more videos and hit the bell icon, so you never miss an episode.

Meeting HM the Queen

In July 2013, I had the great fortune of meeting HM the Queen Elizabeth II at St James’s Palace. I was a Health Buddy at the time, for Community Service Volunteers (CSV) in Association with BBC Radio Devon, and I won a Good Citizen’s Award for saving someone’s life. I was chosen to speak to HM and tell her that. You can watch my full story of how I got to meet her, by watching this video below.

My 2 Main Life Missions

  1. To get asexuality recognised as a sexual orientation in its own right throughout the globe, so no asexual has to live in ridicule ever again. Subscribe to my Asexualise channel here https://www.youtube.com/asexualisemyasexuallife
  2. To write books that change lives from pain to gain. If you haven’t got yourself a copy of my Asexual Perspectives book yet, be sure to check out my book page here!

I’m currently finishing writing my second book for asexuals and I plan to write a number of other books for asexuals.

In 2021, I launched Asexualise Academy Club, which is an exclusive monthly membership club for Asexuals, Allies, and Asexualise channel fans. Get live Coaching, Training, Education, and a Monthly Meetup! Click here for more details.

I have been organising and holding my own asexual in-person meetups, since January 2015.

I am an Asexual Coach / Asexuality Coach. And I offer coaching, advising, or mentoring services, to help you with any aspect of your asexual life; dating, relationships, and friendships. These are usually done by Skype, but can be done some other way by mutual arrangement, and payment is done by PayPal. As soon as you get in touch, I will assess your needs through a series of questions, to find out if we are suitable to work together, and which of the 3 methods; coach, advise, or mentoring, would work best for you, or a combination of all 3.

If you want to book a coaching, advising, or mentoring session, and/or you need any help with anything else, you can speak to me through the chat bubble in the bottom right corner of this site, or you can also email me asexualise@gmail.com Or find me on Facebook at https://www.facebook.com/acexualise
